A few things we can't do
- It's built for seeing the space, not for building from. Your architect's drawings stay the reference on site — this is the version everyone else can understand.
- Interiors only. No exterior renders, elevations or landscaping.
- Our furniture, not yours. The sizes are right but the pieces come from our catalogue, and wall and floor finishes come from a set we provide.

No. The furniture is ours, at correct real-world sizes, and the finishes come from a set we provide. If putting your exact products in the model is the main thing you want, we're not the right fit.
Yes. The GLB and STL are yours, to use however you like — including commercially. Same files keep working long after we're done.
The walkthrough is hosted on our servers for 12 months at no extra cost, so you can send the link to anyone and it just works. After that you keep the files (GLB/STL) forever; extending the hosted link is $49 per additional year.
